You can delete your E-Raiden account at any time, from the app or from the website. This page explains how, what is deleted and what we keep, and for how long.
From the app
- Open the E-Raiden app and sign in.
- Go to Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type your email address or the word DELETE, then confirm with your password or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, with the code we send to your email.
From the website
Sign in at e-raiden.vip, open Settings › Account and choose Delete Account. You will be asked for the same confirmation as in the app.

What happens straight away
- Your profile is anonymised and no longer shown to anyone: name, bio, job, education, city, country and location are removed.
- Your photos are deleted, including the files. Copies in our backups are erased within 8 days.
- The sensitive profile information you chose to share is deleted.
- Your email address is replaced by an anonymous one and your phone number is removed; you are signed out on every device and push notifications stop.
- If your email address is on our newsletter list, it is removed.
- A Premium subscription bought on the website is cancelled immediately, so you are not charged again.
- We send a confirmation to your email address.
After 30 days
The deletion cannot be undone: there is no way to restore the account, not even during these 30 days. 30 days after your request the account is permanently deleted, together with everything still linked to it: matches, conversations and messages, likes, reports, consents and settings.
What we keep, and for how long
- Security and audit logs (for example the record that the account was deleted): kept for up to 5 years; when the account is permanently deleted they are detached from it.
- Withdrawal and refund records of a paid subscription: kept, detached from your account, for accounting obligations.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, Apple or Google, which keep their own transaction records under their own policies.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription bought in the app: Apple or Google bill it, and only you can cancel it, in their store. Cancel it before or after deleting your account:
If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove E-Raiden from the apps using your Apple ID, in your Apple ID settings.
