1. Our relationship

You act as an independent contractor in the course of your own business or professional activity. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency, partnership or a joint venture. You cannot make promises or sign anything on our behalf, and you bear your own costs.

2. Joining the program

You apply with the form at /affiliates. We review every application and may accept or refuse it at our discretion, without having to give reasons. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts, give accurate information and keep it up to date. One affiliate account per person or business.

3. Your link and attribution

Once approved you get a personal code and link (for example https://www.e-raiden.vip/?ref=CODE). A new account is credited to you when it is created after the visitor opened your link: the last referral link opened before the sign-up wins. If the visitor gave analytics or marketing consent the link is remembered for 30 days; otherwise only in the same browser tab. Existing accounts, and accounts created by you or for you, are never credited. Attribution is decided on our records.

4. What counts: qualification

• Qualified sign-up: the new account confirms its email AND is active on at least 2 distinct days within 7 days of its creation AND is not deleted or banned.
• Qualified Premium: the first Premium purchase of a credited account within 365 days of its creation, once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, if it was not refunded or charged back. Renewals count only when your dashboard says so.
• Holding and review: to prevent fraud we may hold a conversion for review, for example when many sign-ups come from the same place in a short time. A held conversion earns nothing until it is released.
• A refund or charge-back after a commission was paid is deducted from your next statements.

5. Commission, bonuses and tiers

You earn your commission rate on the net revenue of each qualified Premium purchase: the price paid minus VAT and taxes, payment-provider and app-store fees, as estimated on our records. We may also pay a fixed amount per qualified sign-up, one-off bonuses when you reach sign-up thresholds, and a monthly bonus to the affiliate with the most qualified sign-ups.

Your tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) is set automatically by your qualified sign-ups and only goes up; each tier has its rate. We may agree a different rate with you. The values in force are always shown in your dashboard and form part of these Terms.

Bonuses, thresholds and the top-affiliate bonus are commercial incentives agreed with business partners under this contract. They are not a prize competition, contest or lottery, and they involve no consumer.

6. Statements and payment

On the 1st of each month we issue a statement of the qualified amounts of the months before, per currency, when the balance reaches the minimum payout (currently €50 or the same amount in the statement currency) and you have confirmed your payout details. A lower balance carries over. We pay by bank transfer within 30 days of the statement.

Bank details are not stored on the platform: you send them to us outside it (by email to info@e-raiden.vip). On termination we pay the qualified balance with a final statement, even below the minimum.

7. Taxes and invoicing

You are responsible for your taxes, social contributions, registrations and invoices. Where the law allows, each statement is a self-billing invoice that we issue on your behalf and you accept; if you prefer to invoice us yourself, tell us. For EU businesses the reverse-charge rules may apply. Before paying we may ask for tax forms (for example a W-9 or W-8BEN for US tax purposes).

8. Advertising disclosure (mandatory)

Every post, video, story, page or message with your link must disclose clearly and at the start that it is advertising: #ad or #adv, “Werbung” or “Anzeige” in Germany and Austria, “pubblicità” in Italy, the platform’s branded-content tool where it exists, and in the United States a clear disclosure under the FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). Say only what is true from your own experience and never present yourself as E-Raiden.

9. Prohibited practices

• Spam: unsolicited email, SMS, messages or comments, or messages without the consent the law requires (ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM, TCPA).
• Fake, duplicate or self-referred accounts, bots, automated sign-ups, forced clicks or cookie stuffing.
• Paying or rewarding people to sign up or to buy (incentivised sign-ups), or sharing your commission with them, unless we agree in writing.
• Bidding on “E-Raiden” or similar terms in search or app-store ads, or using our name in domains or account names, without our written permission.
• Misleading claims: guaranteed matches or results, wrong prices or conditions, fake reviews, invented endorsements.
• Targeting minors or content aimed at them; sexual, hateful or illegal content next to our name.
• Breach of these rules lets us reject the related conversions, withhold the related commissions, and suspend or end your participation.

10. Data protection

You receive aggregate figures only (clicks, counts, amounts), never personal data of the people you refer. For your own audience and marketing you are an independent controller and must comply with the GDPR and other privacy laws. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Our brand

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the E-Raiden name and the material we provide, unchanged, only to promote E-Raiden under these Terms. It ends with your participation.

12. Suspension and termination

Either of us may end the participation at any time by email. We may suspend it at once in case of suspected fraud or breach. When it ends your link stops crediting new accounts; conversions credited before keep following these rules, except those connected with a breach.

13. Changes

We may change these Terms, the rates, the bonuses and the other values by telling you by email and in your dashboard at least 30 days before a change to your disadvantage takes effect; changes in your favour may apply at once. If you do not agree you may end your participation before the change applies.

14. Liability

We do not guarantee any earnings or traffic. Except for intent, gross negligence and cases where the law does not allow it, our liability under these Terms is limited to the commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for your content and promotion and will hold us harmless from claims caused by your breach of these Terms or of the law (for example advertising, spam or privacy rules).

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Disputes go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If translations differ, the English version prevails. Contact: info@e-raiden.vip; privacy matters: privacy@gibses.com.
