These standards apply to E-Raiden, the dating app (Android and iOS) and website www.e-raiden.vip, published and operated by GiBSeS OÜ (Estonian registry code 17231761, Juhkentali tn 8, 10132 Tallinn, Estonia). They are part of our Terms of Service and bind every user.
1. Zero tolerance
E-Raiden has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following are strictly prohibited:
- any image, video, text or link that depicts, sexualises or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor, including drawn, edited or AI-generated material;
- contacting, grooming, soliciting or arranging to meet a minor, and sextortion or trafficking of minors;
- requesting, offering, sharing or pointing to CSAM, inside or outside the service;
- creating an account for, or on behalf of, a person under 18.
2. Adults only (18+)
- E-Raiden is a service for adults only. Nobody under 18 may use it.
- A date of birth is required to create a profile, and our servers refuse any date of birth under 18.
- The website asks every visitor to confirm they are of age before entering.
- An account that appears to belong to a minor is suspended by our team while it is reviewed, and closed if this is confirmed.
3. Prevention and moderation
- Every profile photo is reviewed by a moderator before other users can see it.
- Reports about minors receive the highest priority in the moderation queue and immediately alert the moderation team by e-mail.
- Users can block any other user at any time, and report them from the profile or the chat.
4. How to report
- In the app or on the website: open the person's profile, chat or card, choose “Report” and select the category “Underage” if the person appears to be under 18.
- For a specific photo, message or profile that contains child sexual abuse material: use the form “Report illegal or inappropriate content” at www.e-raiden.vip/report, or in the app under Settings → “Report illegal content”. Select the type “Photo”, “Message” or “Profile” and the category “Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)”. No account is needed, you may report anonymously, and you receive a ticket number to follow the case.
- By e-mail to our child safety contact: childsafety@e-raiden.vip.
- Please do not download, screenshot or forward suspected abuse material, not even to us: describe where it is (profile name, link or ID). Possessing or sharing it is a crime in itself.
5. What we do when we receive a report
- A photo or message reported as CSAM is hidden from all users immediately, before human review. It is not deleted, so that it can be preserved as evidence.
- A moderator reviews the report as a priority. When abuse is confirmed, the content is removed and the account is permanently banned; associated accounts are reviewed.
- If the report is unfounded, the hidden content is restored after review.
- Every action taken is recorded in an internal audit log.
6. Reporting to the authorities
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or of a child at risk, our team reports it to the competent authorities and cooperates fully with them. Depending on the case, this includes:
- the NCMEC CyberTipline (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, United States);
- the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (Politsei- ja Piirivalveamet), as GiBSeS OÜ is established in Estonia;
- for users in Italy, the Polizia Postale e delle Comunicazioni;
- other competent national police authorities and the national hotlines of the INHOPE network.
- We respond to lawful requests from law enforcement and preserve the relevant data for them.
7. Evidence and personal data
Reported content and the related account data are preserved with restricted access, only to the extent and for as long as the law permits or requires, so that they can be made available to the competent authorities. They are not used for any other purpose. More information is in our Privacy Policy.
